If you’ve read any of our blog posts, you’ll have realised that we love the great outdoors and feel truly blessed to be in a location like Troutbeck, with so much access to so many wonderful things to do.
If you’ve got a dog, then you may or may not know that we strive to be one of the best dog friendly pubs in the English Lakes area. Check out our blog post on Dog friendly walks in Troutbeck if you need more proof of that aspiration.
As we paint this ‘rambling’ picture of our idyllic hostelry, it’ll come as no surprise to you that our team has created their own leaflet, with some walks you can take from our front door and around the Hotel.
We’d love you to, download our ‘Walks from the door’ leaflet, have a bash at the routes, then come back and tell us how you got on. Better still we’d love to hear any other suggestions you might have for walks (human & dog friendly) that we could add to our list.
The Best Walk in English Lakes?
Bearing in mind the fact, we’d like any walk you tell us about to start and finish at our door, we’d love to know…
- What you thought of the walks in our leaflet
- Why you think your suggestion is better
So, if you’ve got an alternative ramble then, please do write it down & let us know, ideally by coming in and showing us your suggestion but failing that, by dropping us a line on our Facebook page.
In the meantime, perhaps just enjoy a drink or a bite to eat, whilst you contemplate a pre or post visit perambulation on one of our carefully prepared routes.
